DJH Mitten Clarke has strengthened its professional services group with the acquisition of a specialist dental broker.
Ellesmere Port-based Senovo Health will now seek to enhance the services available to its dental clients, while providing the opportunity to grow its brokerage client base.
The move also bolsters Stoke-on-Trent-headquartered DJH Mitten Clarke’s merger and acquisition team, with Senovo managing director Richard Crook now in the driving seat to secure the businesses’ future pipeline.
Crook said: “Having founded Senovo Health back in 2018, the business has gone from strength to strength.
“We’ve been fortunate to work with some great clients and sold many practices on their behalf whilst supporting others on the acquisition trail to help grow their operation. The new partnership will allow us to improve our own infrastructure and work with a much broader client base.”
Group managing director Scott Heath added: “Welcoming Senovo to the group was a natural step on our journey. We have over 1,600 dental clients across our portfolio, with a dedicated specialist team based at our Chester office.
“As a group, we are also accelerating our own growth with an ambitious acquisition strategy, Richard’s knowledge and expertise will really help us propel our plans forward.”
Advisers who worked on the transaction were not disclosed.
