Dana Blackburn, a family advocate for the East Liverpool Head Start, handed out supplies to the hundreds of families who waited.

Hundreds of people waited in line during the CAACC’s Health, Behavioral Health and Dental Centers’ annual Back-To-School Drive Through held Thursday evening in Lisbon. Children were given drawstring bags filled with school supplies as well as notebooks, pencils, Popits and other needed school items. The event is held yearly during CAACC’s celebration of National Health Center Week. This week CAACC’s Health, Behavioral Health and Dental Centers also celebrated its patients with a Patient Appreciation Day and employees at all five centers were treated to lunch. Some employees also donated paper products to be distributed at CAA’s Community Services food pantry.
