Congrats to Graham! He got it first. And Congrats to Jane Venn and Dan Mentzel, who also got the correct answer. Which is... The Stone Mountain Memorial, outside of Atlanta. Here are the answers...

Graham

That is the Confederate Memorial Carving, on Stone Mountain, outside Atlanta, Georgia. It is also the largest low relief sculpture in the world.
Dan Mentzel

The Memorial Carving depicts three Confederate heroes of the Civil War: Confederate President Jefferson Davis, General Robert E. Lee and Lt. General Thomas "Stonewall" Jackson and is located on the side of Stone Mountain in Stone Mountain Georgia. This is a park and they have a laser show that is displayed on the side of the mountain every night. This carving was to commemorate the civil war. The carving was never finished and there is a person and horse missing. I forgot who the missing person is though.

Back in it. You'd better watch out! (Though I am probably late on this one, too.)
