What in the world is this?

Ok here it is, the last “What in the World is This”  for the second quarter of 2007.

It’s already a done deal, Graham has won again!   However it’s a tight race for 2nd place,  as this will be the final WITWIT for this quarter, it’s this one that will determine who takes second.

I tried to make this one a bit tougher,  If you can tell me what this is a photo of, you win,  but I’ll also accept an answer that specifically says where this thing is located, and in what country.

    That would be the “Roman Warrior” statue by Columbian, Fernando Botero. It is in the Cascade complex in Romania.
