Ok here is the first “What in the world is this?” for 2Q 2008.
CLUE: this is a photo of a piece of something much larger.
A few new rules…
#1: While you are welcome to post comments on this thread, if you have an answer, you must email it to me at: patamon@yahoo.com I will ignore any answers posted on this thread.
#2: From here on out I will be posting new WITWIT’s on Wednesday. So people will have from Wednesday until the following Tuesday to guess.
#3: After the week is over, I’ll post the results on this thread, along with everyones answers.
#4: I will ONLY accept the first answer you email to me, so think about it long and hard, no need to be hasty, you have a week, so there’s no rush.
Points are as follows….
1st to get it correct: 2 points.
Everyone else who gets it correct: 1 point.
Good Luck!
UPDATE…

Just mailed my guess, and I don’t feel great about it. Anyone else in on this one yet? No spoilers in the comments, please. Anyone else think this was really tough? Easy?

No one gets it right this week, (See above for answer) Maybe I made it too tough?

Too tough is an understatement. These things are usually either too easy or too tough.
