What happens to all the skin when you lose 400 lbs?

The Good News? You used to weigh over 600 lbs, and after 3 years of strict dieting and exercise, you’ve lost 400 lbs.
The Bad News? Now you have around 20 lbs of excess skin on your body that won’t shrink with the rest of you. A pretty incredible and inspiring story about David Smith and his huge weight loss in the video below.
The lesson learned?
If you’re a fat Bastard, say 50-100 lbs over-weight, don’t become and even BIGGER fat bastard, otherwise you’ll have to get your skin carved off like a Thanksgiving Turkey if you lose the weight.
