Snow Comes to NYC!

By Restless

Up until yesterday, snow refused to fall in any but miniscule amounts, quickly melting off. The City has its own micro-climate, different from the rest of the state so it can be snowing 3 feet in Buffalo and nothing in Manhattan, like San Francisco is so different than the rest of the Bay Area.

Great Pics Restless! I see these photos, and hear about the snow back east, and in Chicago, and it always makes me miss being around that at winter time. I’ll take 2 feet of snow over constant 50’s and rain during the winter any time.

Thanks! Last week it was in the low 20s and high teens and then it snowed for about a day. The day after, back to 30s and above and the snow’s almost melted away. . . .

So far, this old fashioned winter in Wisconsin has been exciting and different—extreme cold and some snow, but now it is time to move on—this is enough!
