BMI is Bullshit too (BMI says that Schwartzenegger is morbidly obease.) If I weighed what those tables told me too, I'd look like I just walked out of Aushwitz. It's crazy. I wish we could get a realistic idea of what "healthy" and "excess" weight was. I say: eat a balanced diet, & excercize and you'll do okay.
