Sorry about the lack of Goofyness lately,  work has been pretty busy and sometimes I need to take a few days off from the blog, sort of a mental check out to recharge my batteries.

Now onto the news of the day…

Tony Blair is quitting,  no election,  he’s just quitting.   Wouldn’t it be great if our own failed leaders did the honorable thing and quit as well?  Fat chance.

Bush still hates America, still refuses to fund the troops,  still refuses to give into the will of the majority of Americans, and their elected representatives in Congress.  For the love of god Congress,  just impeach the sons of bitches and get it over with already.

It appears moderate Republicans, seeing a Democratic Landslide in 2008, are telling Bush his time is limited for results in Iraq,  will that make a difference?  Hell no,  he’ll drive himself, his party, and the country right over the cliff, he doesn’t care.

The U.S. Treasury Department is going after Michael Moore for traveling to Cuba for his new movie “Sicko“  Apparently he took some sick people for treatment,  which wouldn’t surprise me as the American Healthcare system is a joke, and Modern Cuba is infamous for it’s high level of Healthcare.   It’s obvous the Bush Admin is targeting Moore, as Americans travel to Cuba all the time via Mexico and Canada with no reprocussions,  hell, I was thinking of maybe going there next fall myself,  anyone want to join me?
