Sorry for the lack of posts on here on Goofyblog the past few days, I’ve been super busy at a 2-day conference for work and didn’t have an internet connection.

I now return you to your regularly scheduled dose of daily goofy news, biting political commentary, and general bitching and moaning about the state of the world…

George Bush and his Republican (but not all) Allies are doing the best they can to flush the U.S. Constitution down the toilet.  I’m not sure what’s worse, the anti American behavior of these so called leaders, or the fact that the average man on the street frankly doesn’t give a shit.

In our never-ending quest to mess with the affairs of other nations, preach to them how to run their country, and to impose hypocritical standards on everything from their politics to energy policy, the idiots in the REPUBLICAN LED House of Representatives have passed the ironically called “Iran Freedom Support Act” to basically, well, fuck with Iran.

Here in California, the Govenator is looking more and more like a Democrat every day, today signing measures to statewide greenhouse emissions, oh how it must make Bush and the Global Warming denialists in the Republican Party squirm.
