Sorry, I know this is more like “Afternoon Cup” It’s crazy times these days with all of my prep for Burning Man.   4 Days until departure, and still a ton of work to do.  The Tower is looking good, we had the official unveiling on Saturday and takedown on Sunday, I have a little more work to do this evening to prepare it for transportation to the Playa, and then it will be good to go.

While I’m away at Burning Man, Goofyblog will be in a semi-hibernation mode.  Restless and I are preparing articles that will appear on a timed basis almost every day,  however I’ll unfortunately have to turn the commenting off until I return.   Everyday the Goofyblog comment area gets hit spam from spam-bots,  most of it is auto-deleted, but unfortunately some still gets through,  if I were to leave comments on while I’m gone there would literally be hundreds of spam comments that would get through during that time.

The whole spam war is so stupid, it’s not like anyone will ever click on any of the crappy spam links for Viagra, Phentermine (whatever that is), or the get-rich-quick schemes, yet they continually post to my comment area, or try to.  I hope the Spammers get the karma that is due to them some day.
