Hey Goofs… Sorry for the lack of entries today.

I had a severe case of food poisoning last night that led to 3 hours of vomiting, followed by a trip the emergency room, and an overnight stay at the hospital.   I’m ok now,  but just very very weak and tired.  I’m now going to try to get 10 hours of sleep, and hopefully will be back up to full power tomorrow.
