Cracker Day celebration reflects Florida heritage

BUNNELL — The smell of barbecue in the air — combined with leather, dust and farm animals — can mean only one thing. Cracker Day is coming.

The Flagler County Cattlemen’s Association will celebrate the 51st annual Cracker Day on Saturday at the Flagler County Fairgrounds off County Road 13 in Bunnell.

Ever notice that if you call someone a “Crackah” its ok?  As in “Yo Crackah!  Whats up Biotch!”  but if you call them a “Cracker”  Its considered really offensive?
