Google Maps has a new feature that’s even cooler than seeing a satelite image of your house.  Now, in selected cities you can actually zoom into the street level!   It shows a zoomable view as if you were walking down the sidewalk in front of your house.   Right now I believe it may be limited to just San Francisco and New York, but I’m sure others will be added soon.  

To view the street photography, type in an address on Google Maps, then select the “Street View” tab.
