So in Dubai, they are building an 80 story tower next to a Marina.  This is a photo of the excavation for the buildings foundation…
 
Nearing completion, workers discovered this leak in the wall after hearing a sharp cracking sound.  They were ordered to leave the site, and soon after, this happened….

Now they have a bigger Marina.
