There are dozens of web sites directing U.S. patients to cheap medical and dental areas of the world, such as Mexico, India, Thailand and Argentina. These countries have many U.S.-trained dentists and doctors doing work for a fraction of the costs here in the U.S. and with the same quality.  I really don't understand what you mean: the health care system in its current state is expensive and inefficient compared to every other western 1st world nation. And if you are rich enough to pay for it, the prices are astronomical compared to the prices for the same services in 2nd world countries.  By the way, I never said anything about medical services in 3rd world countries.  Where did you get that?</description>
